Warranty Term

  • Warranty card is valid when the portion of warranty card (postcard) mailed to our address within ten (10) days from the date of purchase and fill it completely.
  • The warranty is valid in accordance with a predetermined time period from the date of purchase.
  • Repair will be carried out in MT.EDMA® Service Station in Jakarta-Indonesia, by showing warranty card and proof of purchase.

Warranty Does Not Apply To any Of The Following:

  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation.
  • Ceiling fan has been repaired by others that caused a difference from manufacturer standard.
  • Ceiling fan is damaged due to modification according to buyers request.
  • If the serial number is removed or rewrite.
  • Warranty card is not for the claimed ceiling fan or the content of warranty card has been modified.
  • Ceiling fan does not have a warranty card (lost or can not be shown).
  • Ceiling fan is damaged due to unexpected factors such as : fire, unstable electrical (voltage and frequency), natural disasters (earthquake, lightning strike, flood, and others).
